The most nurturing, enlivening, joyous and rigorous course I’ve been on

My training courses offer practical tools and clear principles for co-creation, facilitation, working with young people and creative leadership.

I run regular public courses, online and in-person in North East London, in collaboration with Hackney Studios.

My courses are open to anyone, with any level of experience and from any background. I meet all participants as people, first and foremost, and encourage everyone to leave job titles at the door. I take huge care to create a comfortable, equitable space in which to explore, learn and experiment.

Past participants include students, CEOs, directors, youth workers, writers, product designers, architects, choreographers, teachers, policy-makers and more.

I run courses across the UK and internationally on a commission or partnership basis.

Please scroll down for more information on how to bring my courses to your organisation or community.

Forthcoming courses

“I came hoping to find skills to add to my facilitator toolbox. Surprisingly, I have added so much more. I feel like I’ve been added to not only as an artist but as a human.”

“It wasn't ‘just’ a course about co-creation - it was, in many ways, a brilliant meditation on storytelling/creative process.”

“I never thought I could have learned so much in three days with how much time I also spent having fun.”

“A must for every teacher, youth worker and social worker … even if they are not making theatre with young people.”

2025 Workshop Participants

I run courses across the UK and internationally - including recently in Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Devon, East Anglia, Northumberland, Hong Kong and Bangkok.

If you would like to bring one of my courses to your organisation or area, you can:

Commission me to run an existing or bespoke course within your organisation

Work in partnership with me to organise or host a public course in your area

I can create a bespoke course to meet your specific training need, including in co-creation, artistic development, facilitation, devising, working with young people, project or workshop planning, artistic leadership - and more.

“One of the few professional development opportunities I have taken part in in a long time where I have taken things on that will greatly change my practice as an educator.”
